In Barabanki district, a friendship made on Instagram has taken the form of a reversal instead of taking a love story to its final conclusion. A conversation started on social media between a 23-year-old girl from Mathuranagar area of Daryabad and Hrithik Singh, a resident of Uruva in Auraiya district, which gradually turned into love.
The closeness between the two started increasing, and the conversation continued even after the family members came to know about it.
According to the information, a deep friendship developed between the girl and Hrithik during the conversation on Instagram, which turned into love. When the family members came to know about this, they stopped the conversation between the two. Despite this, the girl’s love affair continued. According to local sources, the girl’s marriage had also been fixed. The wedding date was fixed for April 2, and rituals were also being completed on this occasion.
Pre-wedding rituals, card distribution and other preparations were complete. Important items like Rs 40 thousand in cash, gold necklace, ring and mobile phone were also kept in the house. Sources say that till now the girl did not have any cash or jewellery, but it is suspected that the accused lover has absconded with all this.
On Sunday morning, when the girl’s brother did not find his sister at home, he immediately started searching. People nearby were interrogated, but no trace of the girl was found. The girl’s brother has given a complaint to the police, in which it has been told that calls from the accused youth were often received at his house, an attempt was made to convince him. He also said that his daughter’s marriage was fixed for April 2.
According to Sub Inspector Ranveer Singh, a case of missing girl has been registered. The police is still investigating the case and is searching for the girl and the accused.
