In this video, the actress has told about the 10-minute Chinese Tai Chi exercise, which she herself likes to do.

Malaika wrote in the caption of the post- Do you know that this is the best way to reduce fat. This exercise of just 10 minutes can replace all your medicines. In China it is considered the secret of health and long life. It balances the stomach, liver, intestines, pancreas and energy flow on the very first day. By doing this, digestive problems are eliminated and blood sugar also remains normal.

Know the steps and benefits of exercise

Shoulder twists and openers- In this exercise the neck and shoulders are slowly rotated in a circular motion. First bend the neck left and right, then roll the shoulders forward and backward. Keep breathing deep and controlled. By doing this the stiffness of shoulders and neck is reduced. Provides relief from pain caused by sitting for a long time. Blood circulation improves and fatigue reduces.

Standing Spinal Twist- Stand straight and keep a slight distance between the legs. Leaving the hands loose, turn the body from the waist to the right and left. Keep in mind that the movement should be slow and without jerks. This increases flexibility in the spinal cord. The stomach and intestines get a light massage, which improves digestion. It also provides relief from back pain.

Arm Flapping and Shoulder Lifts- Raise both hands in front and then bring them down while leaving them loose. Release the shoulders by lifting them up. During this, concentrate on inhaling and exhaling. This strengthens the muscles of the shoulders and arms. The upper part of the body feels light and relaxed. Stress and fatigue are reduced.
