Farmers Day: Know how AI Animal Camera will protect crops from animals. Farmers Day Itm Gida Students Develop Ai Animal Camera To Protect Crops

Kisan Diwas: National Farmers Day will be celebrated all over India on 23 December. On this occasion, the students of Gorakhpur ITM Gida have created an AI animal camera which will protect the farmers so that their animals do not harm their crops.

Gorakhpur: On the occasion of National Farmers Day, students of ITM Gida have prepared animal cameras for the protection of farmers’ crops. So that farmers’ fields can be protected. Recently, in many districts of Uttar Pradesh, farmers’ entire crops were destroyed due to stray animals. Due to which the farmers sometimes looked disappointed and worried. Had also appealed to the government to get rid of the animal.

ITM students told how they have prepared AI animal camera

Under the direction of Shyam Innovator of Varanasi, ITM Gida BCA student Ashwani Upadhyay has prepared AI Animal Camera to keep crops safe from animals. Ashwani said that this camera has been specially designed keeping in mind the security of farmers’ fields. It has high brightness red and white light. Red light attracts the attention of animals, making them aware that someone is present and they shy away from entering the field.

AI camera makes sounds of more than 10 animals

The student told that such sensors have been installed in this AI animal camera which immediately detects the presence of animals. As soon as the animal comes near the field, this camera sounds a loud alarm, due to which the animals get scared and run away. Along with this, this camera can capture the sounds of more than 10 wild animals, which proves helpful in preventing animals from coming into the field.

AI will call farmers’ mobile phones

The special thing about this camera is that as soon as the animal comes near the field, not only does the alarm ring, but a call is also made to the farmer’s mobile number. This camera can sense animals from a distance of 30 to 50 feet and also turns on a loud alarm and high brightness light. Once charged, this camera works continuously for about 5 days.

This AI camera will not harm animals

Director of ITM Institute, Dr. N. Of. Praising the students, Singh said that this effort is highly commendable. He said that high voltage current equipment is available in the market for the safety of fields, due to which sometimes animals as well as farmers become victims of accidents. But ITM students have prepared this AI Animal Camera without harming any animal and keeping in mind human safety.

It cost so much just to make an AI camera.

Ashwani Upadhyay told that it took about 20 days to prepare this camera and it cost about Rs 35 thousand. IR sensor, AI camera, 12 mini solar plates, sensor, 6 volt battery, motor gear and alarm have been used in making it.

This innovation can prove to be a safe, modern and eco-friendly solution for farmers, making it possible to protect crops without any damage.
