A farmer has succeeded in growing the world’s most expensive variety of mangoes in Daduwala village of Vikrambagh Panchayat in Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Farmer Naveen Kumar has grown mangoes of Miyamaki breed in his garden.
The price of this mango in the international market ranges from Rs 2,70,000 to Rs 3 lakh per kg.
According to the information, Naveen Kumar had ordered mango breed plants from nursery in Kolkata, West Bengal, through courier. After the plant arrives, it was planted in the garden. In two years, these plants have given fruits. Naveen Kumar has also successfully grown the lonely miyamaki mango of foreign breed, in addition to the lonely red pamper, red Ivory mango, red making mango, yellow mango, chakapat mango, namdokmai mangoes. Now their aim is to prepare these mango orchards.

Daduwala resident Naveen Kumar said that he had ordered this type of mango plants from Kolkata nursery through courier. From there, the price of a plant came to five thousand rupees to reach the house. On the trial base, two to three plants of mangoes and second breed have been ordered on the trial base. All of them have been mangoes. When the mango mango is raw, its color remains purple, it becomes ruddy red. He said that after the trial is successful, he will now prepare its garden. It is expected that it will get a good price in the mandis of Dehradun and Chandigarh.
