Farah Khan’s film ‘Tees Maar Khan’, released in 2010, also grabbed attention for the hit song ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’, featuring Katrina Kaif in a striking appearance. Farah Khan choreographed the song, while Sunidhi Chauhan’s powerful vocals earned her several accolades for Best Female Playback Singer. The music was composed by Vishal-Shekhar, and the song continues to be a favourite at weddings and parties. Farah recently revealed that this mega-hit track was actually created on a shoestring budget.

Farah about budget of movies and songs
The revelation came during a candid conversation at actress Manasi Parekh’s home. The filmmaker visited her for a vlog and discussed their collaboration on the upcoming film Shubhchintak. When Manasi mentioned that the film was made with a modest budget of Rs 5 crore, Farah was taken aback. “It doesn’t look like a film made on such a small budget. In today’s time, a song’s budget is more than your entire film’s budget,” she said.
