It is being told that he escaped safely because actress Ankita Lokhande and her husband Vicky Jain took him to their home, saving him from the smoke.
According to the pictures viral on social media, Sandeep has no injuries and is fine. Earlier recently he was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital for the treatment of hernia. On Thursday morning, a fire broke out on the fourteenth floor of a 23-storey residential building in Andheri West. Due to the fire, heavy smoke spread to the upper floors, due to which many people got trapped here. Later, about thirty to forty people were evacuated safely through the stairs, who were taken to the safety area of the 16th floor.
Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) officials confirmed the incident and said that emergency teams acted quickly to control the situation and ensure the safety of the residents. An MFB official told TOI that “all the trapped residents were evacuated safely without any injuries, and the fire was also controlled soon.
