However, on March 4, Yash revealed that the makers had decided to move back the film until . They want to release the film on its intended date, but the current unease in the Middle East due to the US-Israel and Iran conflict means that the Kannada and English film would be affected as well. Now, Dhurandhar 2 is set to enjoy a solo release on the Eid weekend. But is there a chance that the two will be clashing again in June 2026? A current clue seems to suggest the same.
Will Dhurandhar and Toxic clash again?
While release, fans are wondering if Dhurandhar: The Revenge will follow in the film’s footsteps. It seems very unlikely that the Aditya Dhar sequel will be moved, as advance booking for the film is already heating up in the US. Furthermore, the first part had been banned in several Middle Eastern countries for what the local censors deemed as Islamophobic content so it will not be looking to delay their March release.
However, a Reddit post has leaked a post-credit scene for Dhurandhar: The Revenge, where the title Mayhem and the date June 4 have been unveilled. More clues are awaited after the trailer for the sequel is expected to be released on March 6, ahead of its release on March 19.
The first part of Dhurandhar also had a post-credits scene in which the teaser of part two was shared. According to this unverified information, the Ranveer Singh starrer is set to have a part 3 titled Mayhem, which will then clash with Toxic after all. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic is setting up a clash with Varun Dhawan’s comedy Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai in June 2026.
