YouTube channel “A.Sharmaexpress” claimed that an FIR has been lodged against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. The way has been cleared to send both of them to jail. PIB has termed these claims as fake.

YouTube channel “A.Sharmaexpress” falsely claimed that an FIR has been lodged against Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. Both will be sent to jail. The channel, which described himself as “Abisar Express”, claimed that the petition had reached the Bombay High Court. It is possible that the way will be cleared to cancel PM Modi’s parliamentary membership and remove him from the post.
Abhisar Sharma, who described himself as a journalist on YouTube channel, claimed that the PM had violated the Model Code of Conduct during the 2020 gram panchayat elections in Sangola, Maharashtra. He inaugurated the 100th Kisan Rail with two Union Ministers. Sharma claimed that CJI (Chief Justice of India) BR Gavai has ordered judicial action against PM Modi. This video became increasingly viral on social media. This made the market of speculation heated.

PIB rejected viral claims, said- is fake
PIB has dismissed the claims and termed them as “completely fake”. Appeal to the common people not to mislead with such things. PIB said, “This claim is completely fake. No such FIRs, judicial orders or enforcement action have been taken.”
Refuting the second viral claim, PIB clarified that CJI had not issued any such instruction against the Prime Minister. No action has been taken against Narendra Modi by ED (Enforcement Directorate). Prime Minister Modi and Union Minister Amit Shah’s viral claim to go to jail is completely concocted.
