In a deeply emotional Instagram post, Celina reflected on the turmoil she has endured, writing, “Life stripped everything away. People I trusted walked away. Promises I believed in broke in silence.” She added that her resilience emerged from her upbringing as “a soldier’s daughter… raised on courage, discipline, grit, resilience, fire and faith.”
Describing her current legal battle, she stated, “A DV complaint has been filed against all the atrocities, abandonment perpetrated upon me… In my darkest hour, the legal force to reckon with, Karanjawala & Co., became the shield I needed to fight for my dignity.” Celina also requested privacy, noting that the matter is sub judice.

Celina Jaitly’s lawyer reacts
Her lawyer, Rytim Vohra Ahuja, confirmed to News9Live that the actor is seeking protection orders and the right to communicate with her children telephonically and virtually. The petition also challenges the transfer of her shared household into Peter’s name, which Celina alleges occurred during a period of grief after she lost her parents and one of her twin sons in 2017.
“She was forced to flee from Austria due to his abuse on 11.10.2025 after she was diagnosed with Psychovegetative Overload by her psychiatrist in Germany. Her children are with their father currently in Austria. Her priority remains her children and having equal and fair access to them because she has devoted her life to her marriage and bringing up her three children,” Ahuja said.
Celina Jaitly is known for films such as No Entry, Thank You, and Golmaal Returns and has largely stayed away from the limelight in recent years.
