England are currently organizing The Hundred, a tournament which introduces a new form of cricket, which is played as 100 balls a side.
Some of the best players in the world, and in England, are taking part in the league, which is creating a lot of noise. However, amidst this, T20 World Cup 2022 winner Tymal Mills, who plays for Southern Brave made a bizarre request to the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), as he wanted to use the logo of ‘OnlyFans’ – a content subscription service that is popularly used for adult content by various users across the globe- on his bat.
According to a report by City AM, the ECB declined the request of Tymal Mills, who wanted to use the logo of OnlyFans to promote his newly created account on the platform. They did so, citing The Hundred’s ‘family-friendly’ values. Mills is reported to have graciously accepted this decision.
No Adult Content On My OnlyFans: Tymal Mills
Recently, Tymal Mills became the first international cricketer to open an account on OnlyFans. However, he had declared that he does not want to use this account to post adult content. Instead, it will be purely be about his life and the behind the scenes look on the life of a professional cricketer.
“Just to be a thousand per cent clear, there will be no glamour shots. This is all about pure cricket and lifestyle material. It’s uncharted territory, but it’s something I’m really excited about,” Mills told The Athletic.
“There’s no hiding from the fact they are best known for p***, but what I’ll be doing will be far from that. You can have that direct contact with fans and people who want to hear from you. Players speak before and after games in the media, but it’s often manicured, generic stuff. I can use this platform to talk about what I’m thinking and use footage and images to illustrate the good and bad of life as a cricketer,” he explained.
