What ingredients will be required?

To make Paneer Butter Masala, take 250 grams of Paneer. Apart from this, you will need 3 medium sized tomatoes, 1-2 green chillies, a small piece of ginger, two spoons of butter and half a cup of cream. Along with this, herbs and spices will require green coriander, one-fourth teaspoon red chilli powder, equal amount of turmeric powder, one teaspoon coriander powder, one-fourth teaspoon garam masala, half teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon Kasuri fenugreek and salt as per taste. Do this work first

Wash tomatoes, green chillies and ginger and then wipe with a cloth to remove moisture. Now cut the tomatoes into big pieces, remove the stems from the green chillies and chop the ginger also. Grind all three things together in a grinder and make a smooth puree.

How to make Paneer Butter Masala

Place the pan on the gas and melt 1 teaspoon butter in it. After this, add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, one spoon water and fry the spices. During this time do not keep the flame very high. When the spices are roasted, add prepared tomato paste to it and also add Kasuri Methi along with red chilli powder. Fry this masala until the butter starts separating.

When the butter separates from the spices, add cream, garam masala and a little green coriander and mix well. Now add half a cup of water to this gravy and keep cooking it while stirring until it boils. After this add the paneer pieces and cover and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. In the final step, add the remaining butter to it and after it melts, add salt last. Now turn off the gas, your Paneer Butter Masala is ready.

Note:Add salt to the vegetable only at the end. This vegetable is enough for four people. If you are increasing the quantity of paneer and want more gravy then you can take more ingredients.
