A similar scene was seen on Sunday when Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav addressed the villagers from the historic Chaman Mahal located in village Jagdishpur in Berasia assembly constituency.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said in his address that the state government is working on separate missions for the upliftment of farmers, poor, youth and women. He clearly said that “development” is not only the slogan, but the resolve of our government, which will be proved by fulfilling every promise.
Oath to adopt indigenous, CM gave the message of Swadeshi every house
The Chief Minister administered the oath of ‘Swadeshi Sankalp’ to the villagers. He urged that every citizen bought goods made in the country only on festivals, which can promote artisans, craftsmen and micro industries. Giving the slogan of ‘every house indigenous, house-to-house indigenous’, he said that clay lamps, axes, pots and other indigenous products are the real brightness of our festivals.

Announcement of big relief from Bhavantar Yojana on support price for farmers
Dr. Yadav also informed the farmers about Bhavantar Yojana. He informed that registration can be done between October 5 to 25. Under this, if the farmer does not get the support price of Rs 5328 per quintal on the soybean crop sold from 1 November to 31 January 2026, then the government will bear the difference between the market price and support price.
The Chief Minister expressed pleasure for the first time by reaching the village Jagdishpur and bowed to the glorious history of the Gondwana Empire. He observed local indigenous product stalls and paid cash to the artisans by purchasing clay and groves personally. On this occasion, the villagers welcomed him by offering saplings and feeding raisins.
All -party appeal to celebrate indigenous festival in PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’
In the program, the Chief Minister heard the 126th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with rural women. During this time, Prime Minister Modi appealed to the countrymen to celebrate the festival only with indigenous goods and make ‘Vocal for Local’ a mantra of life. The Prime Minister, while paying tribute to Amar Shaheed Bhagat Singh and Swara Kokila Lata Mangeshkar, said that on October 2, everyone must buy at least one Khadi clothes.
Modi also informed that the Government of India is trying to include Chhath Puja in the cultural heritage list of UNESCO. He already mentioned Durga Puja of Kolkata to find a place in this list and appreciated the courage and contribution of sisters and artists across the country.
