Baba Ramdev on Swadeshi: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev made a big appeal to the people of India before Diwali and said that people should buy as much indigenous and local products as possible. Despite continued “tariff terrorism” from the US, India remains the “largest market in the world” today, Ramdev said. In such a situation, the country should not be left to be “looted” by foreigners.

Baba Ramdev said, “India should be independent. Our Prime Minister and all our cultural, social and religious organizations are calling to protect our country by adopting Swadeshi.” He further said, before Diwali, one of the biggest festivals of India, everyone should buy products made in the country. If everyone does this then in the coming time India will automatically become so powerful that no one will dare to raise an eye towards it.

Baba Ramdev said, “On Diwali, our lamps should be indigenous, our lights should be indigenous and all the gifts should also be indigenous. If we take a pledge to be indigenous, then all the powers of the world will have to bow before India and no one will be able to dare to threaten India. Whoever shows an eye to India, we will take out his eyes.” Urged to adopt Swadeshi to protect our country.
India does not need to wait till 2047 to develop
Ramdev further said that the Swadeshi campaign is now bringing changes and I feel that there is no need to wait till 2047 for the country to develop. If we all together continue the Swadeshi campaign, we will become a developed country by 2040.

Speaking on Bihar Assembly elections, Ramdev said that in democracy everyone has the right to contest elections and every alliance has its own strength. Even in Bihar, every alliance has its own merits. The biggest strength of NDA is the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In democracy everyone has the right to contest elections. The public will elect whomever they want.
