Because it is difficult to digest and without cooking it, it can have bacteria. They contain more carbohydrates along with protein.

Fry them slightly or cook in steam because it breaks hard fibers and improves digestion. Add spices like ginger, black pepper, cumin and rock salt as they help them digest them properly and improve gut health. Also eat it in limited quantity. About 1 cup is enough for most people.
