In the cabinet meeting chaired by CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, it was decided to establish electronic manufacturing clusters in Bhopal. 1570 posts have been approved for 5 new government Ayurveda Medical College.

Bhopal. The cabinet meeting was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In this, it was decided to set up an EMC in Bandikhedi village of Berasia tehsil of Bhopal under the Electronic Manufacturing Clusters (EMC) 2.0 project of the Government of India. A principle approval of Rs 371 crore 95 lakh has been issued on the project cost of Rs 371 crore 95 lakh on 210.21 acres of land available for the project. Out of this, the central government will get 146 crore 63 lakh rupees. 225 crore 32 lakh rupees will be spent by the state government.

The EMC 2.0 scheme will also be associated in the establishment of general facility centers. They will be established in an area where a large number of existing manufacturing units are located. These have focused on providing general facilities for units in general technical infrastructure upgrades and EMC, industrial areas/paks/industrial corridors. The EMC 2.0 project will create a strong infrastructure base for the electronic industry. New investment in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector will be encouraged. Employment opportunities will increase.

Approval of 1570 posts for 5 new government Ayurveda Medical College

The cabinet has approved 1570 posts for opening new government Ayurveda Medical College and Wellness Center in Narmadapuram, Morena, Balaghat, Shahdol and Sagar. Of these, 715 regular posts and 855 posts will be filled through outsource. An Ayurvedic Medical College will be established at the division level in the state. This will give a boost to Ayurveda Treatment and Wellness Industry.

Five new government Ayurveda Medical College is to be opened from the National Ayush Mission fund. Among them, college building, 100 -bed hospital, 100 seater boys and girls hostel buildings, residential buildings and pharmacy buildings will be constructed. Land has been allotted in the respective district.

Decision to establish Indocrinology Department and create 20 new posts at Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal

The cabinet has decided to establish the Department of Indocrinology and create 20 new posts under Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal. These include 1 professor, 1 Assistant Professor, 2 Senior Resident, 2 Junior Resident, 2 Senior Nursing Officer and 12 posts of 12 nursing officers. 1 Dietician will be appointed on a fixed pay scale on an outsource basis.

With this decision, high quality expert services will be available in the treatment of hormone diseases in Madhya Pradesh. Super specialty health facilities will get more strengthened. Also, medical education and training will be expanded. Research and innovation in the field of indocrinology will be promoted.

Approval to give scholarship for 12 months in college hostels being run under Tribal Affairs Department

It has been decided by the Council of Ministers to give scholarship for 12 months instead of 10 months for the operation of mess in the college hostel operated under the Department of Tribal Affairs. This scholarship will be given on the basis of the presence of students in hostels. At present, the student is given Rs 1650 per month and the students are given a scholarship of Rs 1700 per month.

Approval of Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Holiday) Rules 2025

The Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Holiday) Rules 2025 has been approved by the Council of Ministers. In the new holiday rule 2025, women government servant serogate/commissioning mother will also be eligible for maternity holiday. The educational cadre of the leisure departments will be eligible for 10 days earned holiday in a year. Government employees will get 15 days paternity leave when the child adoption.

Along with this, the eligibility of child rearing holidays will also be eligible for single male government servant. The semi -leisure holiday will be deposited in advance in the holiday account. This holiday will be mentioned in the holiday account on 10 days on January 1 and again on July 1. The maximum duration of earned holiday once extended from 120 days to 180 days. The process of submitting the holiday application of the disabled or serious unhealthy government servant has been made accessible, now family members will also be able to submit the application. Provisions have also been made in the rules regarding delegation of rights to approve the holiday. The Finance Department has been authorized for publication and other follow -up action of the rule. Additional expenditure load on the state funds will be negligible due to the effectiveness of Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Holiday) Rules 2025.

Approval of “Geeta Bhawan” establishment scheme in urban bodies

The Cabinet Council has approved the “Geeta Bhawan” establishment plan in urban bodies to awaken the interest of reading in the society and to encourage literary and cultural activities along with all convenience to the Center with all convenience.

The duration of the scheme will be five years, 2025-26 to 2029-30. Essential financial assistance for construction, expansion, maintenance and additional construction of Geeta Bhavan will be provided by the state government. The state government will be owned by the state government with the construction of Gita buildings based on state funding. The scheme will be implemented in 5 years.

Kailaras factory transferred to MSME department in Morena district

The Cabinet Council has transferred the Morena Division Cooperative Sugar Factory Kailaras to the MSME department in Morena district. It has been decided to make 22.340 hectares of factory land in the government. Appropriate return will be made available to the liquidator of the factory through MSME department. The amount will be provided to the liquor from the state government, it will be used in the resolution of the liabilities of the employees, the earlier years of the farmers and other liabilities.

The sale of the factory’s plant and machinery will be done by adopting a transparent process and the sale amount will be made available to the liquidator. The Morena Circle Cooperative Sugar Factory Maryadit Kailaras District Morena was registered in the year 1965. The factory was in constant losses due to irrigation inconvenience, unavailability of sugarcane and other managerial reasons, as a result of which has been closed since the year 2008-09. The factory liabilities are Rs 54.81 crore. This decision has been taken keeping these circumstances in mind.
