Indian television producer Ekta Kapoor has finally reacted to Smriti Irani’s claims of refusing ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ in 2014. Earlier this month in an interview, Smriti revealed that she refused the show to serve in Parliament as a cabinet minister.
.Sharing the clip on her Instagram video, she wrote, “When????!! 2014 no kyunki was planned! Unless there was a set I and the channel aint know about (sic)”.

The set was ready, but there was a phone call from the Prime Minister’s office that you have to take an oath.”
, recently revealed that the show’s premiere has been postponed. As per a source quoted by Hindustan Times, the much-anticipated release was initially set for July 3, but has been delayed due to ongoing modifications to the set.
Originally aired from 2000 to 2008, ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ dominated television viewership, maintaining the top spot in ratings for seven consecutive years.
