1. Sheer Khurma

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup vermicelli
  • 1 litre milk
  • 8–10 dates, chopped
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Nuts (almond, cashew, pistachio), chopped
  • 1 tsp cardamom

Method:

  1. Heat the ghee, and roast vermicelli until golden.
  2. Add milk, dates, nuts, cardamom, and sugar.
  3. Simmer until thick and fragrant. Serve warm.

2. Soft Mutton Keema Paratha

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cooked mutton keema
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 onion, chopped
• Spices: red chilli, garam masala, salt
• Ghee

Method:

  1. Knead a soft dough.

  3. Stuff dough balls, roll, and roast with ghee until crisp.
