Sharwanand is trying to establish himself as a mass hero with the gritty action drama Bhogi, directed by Sampath Nandi. Recently, the teaser was released, hinting at an intense ride.
Today, the makers launched the first single, Egili Varanga, which brilliantly captures village life, living conditions there, people’s professions, and how they show respect to their Patel. The song explains how a day begins in a village, how people go about their work without complaining, the beautiful bond within a family, and much more.
Credit goes to Chandrabose, who has penned the lyrics exceptionally well, while Bheems Ceciroleo’s music is equally impressive. Nalgonda Gaddar Narsanna, Kandukuri Shankar Babu, and Relare Gopal have crooned the track with great energy, bringing the beautiful composition and lyrics to life. Sharwanand and Anupama look perfect in their village avatars, while the song also offers a glimpse of feudal oppression.
The musical promotions have commenced on a solid note with this folk song, which neatly sets the stage for what’s to come. Produced by KK Radhamohan under Sri Sathya Sai Arts, Bhogi also features Dimple Hayathi as another female lead. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on November 12, 2026.
