From boiled eggs to panfroid, when it comes to eggs, everything turns upside down, as new research from the University of South Australia has shown that it can help not reduce cholesterol. Researchers say that we separated the effects of cholesterol and saturated fat and found that high cholesterol from eggs, when eaten with low saturated fat foods, does not increase the level of bad cholesterol. Rather, saturated fat is the real reason for increasing cholesterol levels.

Researchers selected 61 adults with LDL Simil Baseline and tasked them to follow three different diets for five-five weeks. A total of 48 participants took three diet completely. The first diet had high cholesterol and low saturated fat foods. The second includes low cholesterol and high saturated fat foods and the third diet includes high cholesterol and high saturated fat foods. It also included an egg per week.

This research has found that rich foods rich in saturated fat work to increase LDL cholesterol levels. However, high cholesterol and low saturated foods help reduce LDL cholesterol levels. Which shows that the egg does not increase bad cholesterol.

Researchers say that if you eat boiled eggs, then you do not need to take much worry about it. But apart from this, if using excessive amounts of bacon or sausage with it can affect the heart.
