- Many people eat packaged yogurt found in the market which contains preservative and aided sugar. Such yogurt can benefit less and more disadvantages can be more. Therefore, eating fresh yogurt of the house is best. Do not eat it more than 24 hours old.
- If you take it as buttermilk, raita or lassi with yogurt, it becomes lighter for digestion.
But still it is important to take care of the quantity. Especially young children, elderly and people struggling with stomach problems should eat curd only after consulting the doctor. Therefore, it is necessary that we do not eat curd indiscriminately considering it as superfood. Every good thing has a limit. Understanding the need and response of the body, it is prudent to include anything in your diet.
