How to make gond laddu

It is quite easy to make gond laddus. Today we are sharing our grandmother’s recipe with you. So first of all you have to break the gum into fine pieces. After this, finely chop cashew nuts and some of your favorite dry fruits. Now take a pan and heat ghee in it. Now add a little gum in hot ghee and fry it well. Keep in mind that after putting in ghee, the gum starts puffing up like popcorn. Fry it on low flame so that it gets roasted well without burning. Now take out the gum and keep it aside.

Now add flour to the remaining ghee and fry it. When the fragrant aroma of the flour starts coming out, turn off the gas and take it out in a plate. Now add dry fruits and seeds in the same pan and roast them. Now take all these out and mix them in flour. Now take the gum and press it with a rolling pin to make it finer. Now mix all the ingredients in a plate and add boora on top. Apply ghee on your hands and make the shape of laddu. After shaping them, leave them in air for 1 hour. Your laddus are ready.
