Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav made high-level efforts for the safe return of Madhya Pradesh’s daughter Priyanshi Prajapati, who had gone to participate in the World Wrestling Championship Ranking Series organized in Tirana city of Albania, as a result of which the athlete daughter has returned back to India. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has also congratulated Ms. Priyanshi for her excellent performance and winning the silver medal.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav today discussed with Priyanshi’s father Mukesh Prajapati through video call. Prajapati expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for the support given by him. Priyanshi performed brilliantly by defeating wrestlers from Kazakhstan, America and Albania.
Priyanshi won the match in Albania
Priyanshi had won this match on 26 February in the World Wrestling Competition held in Albania in the last week of February 2026 till 28 February. Priyanshi performed brilliantly by defeating wrestlers from Kazakhstan, America and Albania. Last year also he had brought glory to the country and the state by winning the gold medal in the Asian Series.
