Singer-songwriter Dua Lipa has looked back on a memorable night in Madrid after sharing the stage with global star Shakira, describing the experience as a beautiful memory she was grateful to take home.
Dua took to Instagram on Sunday to share pictures and videos from the performance as well as moments from backstage. She also thanked Shakira for inviting her to join her on stage to perform ‘Anthology’.
“A night in Madrid with @shakira. Thank you for inviting me to go on stage with you to sing Anthology!! I felt that you, me and the audience were one. So grateful to take home such a beautiful memory,” she wrote.
The performance prompted an enthusiastic response from Dua’s followers, with fans expressing hope that the two singers could collaborate on a future project. One fan even called for a collaboration on Dua’s fourth album, while others praised the Madrid performance and expressed a desire to see her return for another concert in the city.
Away from music, Dua has also been celebrating a happy phase in her personal life. She recently shared glimpses of her birthday celebrations on Instagram, including pictures and videos featuring her husband, British actor Callum Turner.
One of the photographs showed the couple sharing a romantic moment, while other glimpses captured Dua enjoying food and festivities with family and friends.
Dua and Turner were first linked romantically in early 2024 and made their relationship public later that year. The singer confirmed their engagement in June 2025.
The couple held an intimate civil ceremony at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall on May 31, 2026, surrounded by close friends and family, followed by a larger celebration in Sicily.
