No Fry ‘Dahi Kachori’

Especially people who are fitness freaks avoid eating oily food. Similarly, if you do not eat fried things due to health reasons, then the recipe of Dahi Kachori given here is very useful for you. In which the taste has not been compromised, but these kachoris will be made without frying. What is even better is that no flour has been used to make Kachori.
The recipe of Dahi Kachori has been shared by Chef Pankaj Bhadauria. In which only a little desi ghee has been used. Desi ghee is beneficial for health and experts also recommend including it in the diet in a balanced manner. Along with this, this shortbread contains curd which is an excellent source of protein. Ingredients of Dahi Kachori
You will need 1 cup semolina, 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander, 1 tablespoon desi ghee and salt as per taste.
Stuffing Ingredients
For stuffing, you need 1 cup thick curd (hung curd), 50 grams paneer, 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli, 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander, salt as per taste and 2 tablespoons corn flour.
Curd Shortbread Recipe
- First of all you have to make dough for shortbread. For this, add some salt, red chilli flakes, green coriander and ghee in 1 cup of water and boil it.
- When the water boils, add semolina to it and mix it well with a ladle. Keep in mind that lumps should not form. During this time, reduce the flame.
- After turning off the gas, cover the semolina mixture and keep it for 10 minutes, so that it cools down slightly.
- Now knead the semolina well for 5-6 minutes.. until a soft dough is prepared and it stops slipping from the hands.

- Now you have to prepare the filling, for which put hung curd in a bowl. Add grated cheese to it also.
- Now add green chilli, corn flour, red chilli flakes, salt, onion, green coriander, salt in the bowl with curd and mix the ingredients well. Your filling is ready.
- Now divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Flatten it and fill it with filling. After sealing the Kachori, roll it gently.
- Now you have to heat the appe pan and spread one teaspoon ghee in each mold. Place the Kachori in the pan and cook until golden and crispy.
