What is the right time?
During the winter season, people sit in the sun the whole afternoon, but this is also not right. Because the sun is very strong in the afternoon, the ultraviolet rays emanating from the sun’s rays can also have a bad effect on the skin and health. Therefore, it is better to sit in the sun between 8 to 10 or 11 in the morning because the rays are not very strong during this time. Apart from this, apply sunscreen, which will be better.
