To do this pranayama, sit in a comfortable position like Sukhasana. After this, keep your waist straight and close your eyes. Leave the body loose and concentrate on breathing normally. Make a light and slow sound like ‘ghrr’ from the throat. But keep your mouth shut. Exhale slowly through the nose only. Maintain the same light throat sound while exhaling.

suryabhedi pranayam
You can also do Suryabhedi Pranayam, this can also help in keeping the body warm. In this process, inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril. This helps in generating warmth in the body. But keep in mind that patients with high blood pressure, heart problems or ulcers should not do this pranayam. Due to this, these problems can increase further.
Bhramari
The expert said that doing Bhramari Pranayam can also provide warmth to the body. To do this, first of all sit in a comfortable position. Place the index fingers on the eyes and the little and ring fingers on the lips. Now slightly close your ears with your thumbs. If you want, you can also place the index finger on the forehead. Now take a long and deep breath. Keeping the mouth closed, while exhaling, make a sound like the buzzing of a bee from the throat. Repeat this process again after completion. After this, slowly remove your fingers and try to sit peacefully for some time.

alom vilom
Most people know about Alom Vilom, it helps in reducing stress and increasing concentration. It is also considered beneficial in problems related to respiratory system and heart. Now to do this, first of all sit in a comfortable position. After this, place the thumb of your right hand on the nose and close it and now use the middle finger to close the left nose. Breathe slowly and deeply through your left nose. Close the left nostril and exhale through the left nostril. Now inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril.
