Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has advised doing at least two exercises of yogic jogging. It has also been said that those who are able to do Surya Namaskar should practice it completely. If you are not able to do Suryanamaskar, then do Tadasana, Tiryak Tadasana, Kati Chakrasana, Trikonasana, Konasana, Padahastasana and subtle i.e. light exercises. They have been advised to do it according to their capacity.
He said that one should not compromise in the face of diseases, illnesses and disorders, rather one should have the courage to uproot every kind of disease, darkness, disorder and weakness. It is very beneficial to do exercise, yoga and pranayam carefully and regularly. Tadasana, Tiryak Tadasana, Kati Chakrasana, Trikonasana, Konasana and Padahastasana are described as easy. All these exercises are helpful in stretching the body, warming up and preparing it for yoga. These exercises can also be called the beginning of yoga.

Everyone should practice exercise, yoga or warm-up as per their capacity. He said that if you are not able to do difficult exercises, then you can do yogic jogging, Surya Namaskar, Dand Baithak and light exercises. If all these are not possible, then it is advised to do at least five to seven types of exercises and five to seven types of pranayam. Which should be selected according to one’s capacity.
