But why I am saying ‘being introduced’, because the arguments given to target India are the biggest oil importer, which is China, and the largest LNG importer, which are not implemented. He clearly said that if someone has difficulty in buying oil or petroleum products from India, then he should not buy.

S Jaishankar also mentioned that Europe does more trade with Russia than India. In his point he said “And when people say that we are funding war and investing money, then Russia-European trade is bigger than India-Russia trade. So European is not putting in the treasury? Overall Russia-European Union’s trade is bigger than Russia-India trade. If logic is of energy, they (European Union) are big buyers.
