To make paneer, take 1 liter full cream milk and boil it. When the milk boils, add lemon or vinegar to it and curdle the milk. After the milk curdles, separate the water from it and place the remaining milk in a muslin cloth and squeeze it well. It is also important to wash curdled milk with cold water, this will remove the sourness of lemon or vinegar. Now tie the cloth and hang it somewhere for 1 hour. Khoya is also easy to make

If you are making sweets at home then prepare khoya also at home. For this, first of all pour 1 liter milk in a pan and cook on medium flame till the milk thickens. When the milk is reduced to half, slow down the flame and let the milk cook properly. After some time you will see that all the water in the milk has dried up and grainy milk is left. Your homemade pure khoya is ready. You can use it to make sweets like gulab jamun, peda and barfi.

Make fresh cream at home

Cream is used to make any royal dish. In such a situation, you can make it easily at home. For this, boil the milk and let it cool. Keep in mind that milk should be full cream. When the milk cools down properly, a layer of cream will form on it. Take it out in a bowl with the help of a spoon. You can store the cream for 2-4 days and use it at once.

How to make cheese at home

It is better to prepare it at home rather than bringing it from the market. For this, boil 1 liter milk and add lemon and tear it. When it comes in the form of paneer, filter it. Keep the granular mixture tied in a cloth. Place some heavy object on top of it. Like brick, seal or cylinder. After 4 to 5 hours your thing is ready. Keep in mind that the longer you press the mixture, the better the cheese will be. You can use it to make things like cheese balls, burgers, pasta.

Make pure ghee at home

Ghee is used a lot during the festive season. Be it making sweets or lighting lamps. You can extract pure ghee at home. For this, boil the milk and after it cools down, separate the cream. Good cream will be collected in a few days. Now mix the cream with ice in the mixer. This will separate the butter. Take out the butter and melt it on the gas and when the ghee separates, take it out in a vessel.
