Actually, this painful incident took place in Ambika Bhavani locality of Bhagwan Bazar police station area of Chapra district. Where a family was sleeping with the fireplace lit in the room due to cold. During this time he had closed all the windows and grilles of the room. But after midnight, poisonous gas emanating from the fireplace filled the room and all four people became unconscious in their sleep. After a long time, when there was no movement from the family, the people living in the neighborhood feared something untoward. When he broke the door, he saw that all the family members were lying unconscious in bed. They were immediately rushed to the hospital, but doctors declared all four dead on arrival.

Doctors say that people often light a fireplace to escape the cold, but it should not be kept in a closed room. Because raw coal and wood are used to burn the fireplace. Due to which poisonous carbon monoxide gas is released, which destroys oxygen. As soon as the oxygen level decreases, the smoke from the fireplace causes suffocation and death occurs.
