Humayun became badly ill during his release in Sambhal. In those days Babur and Beg were on a trip to Dholpur. Poison that became the reason for Babur’s end
Humayun went to Kalinjar with health improvement. But the condition of the sick Babur deteriorates day by day. Humayun returned after receiving the news. The efforts of all the hakims failed. Humayun, troubled by his father’s problems, told the Hakims as it is possible. Hakims said that this disease is a gift of poison, which the mother of Sultan Ibrahim Lodi had conspired to Babar by conspiring with cook. Babur assumed the reign of India by defeating Lodi in the battle of Panipat. Lodi was killed in this war. His mother and other family members were under the patronage of Babur.
Meanwhile, Lodi’s mother had placed the poison in Babur’s Hindustani Baburchi and Scholarship in the saucer, in which Ghee was introduced to Phulkhe Babur. Babur’s condition had worsened due to eating these flowers. Babur survived then. But according to the Hakims, the body could not be freed due to the effect of that poison.
Babur wanted to hand over the king?
Did Babur want to hand over the king of India to Humayun? The incidents of 936 Hijri (1530) in Babarnama are reported to be handed over to the Mughal descendants and their close ones. According to him, Babur Hindustan wanted to give his only son -in -law Muhammad Zaman Mirja, who was Masuma’s husband.
In April 1529, Babur gifted him as a gift. This gift was not given to anyone other than that. On the other hand, Humayun’s mother Mahem Begum wanted the reign of India for her son. After being given Rajichatra gift to Zaman, he realized Babur’s disinterest towards Humayun. Mahem called Humayun to Hindustan and once again gave him a chance to get Babur’s trust.
In 1527, without the permission of Babur, Humayun’s treasury left for Hathiya Kabul. But the stars were in favor of Humayun. His illness removed all the grievances of father Babur and cleared the way to decorate the crown on his head.
Last will in favor of Humayun
According to Gulbadan Begum, her father Babur also had a feeling of his last time. No medicine and drugs were working. Weakness was increasing. Babur said to all the rich people that for a long time I wished that I should take rest in Jarafshan Bagh handed over to Humayun Mirza, the king of India.
God did not give that chance. Now unhappy with my diseases, I am willing to understand Humayun in our place. Do not lack them and have one opinion. Babur died on 26 December 1930 at an interval of three days.
