Saumya Tandon is currently enjoying the success of Dhurandhar. The actress played the role of Ulfat in Aditya Dhar’s spy thriller, which was released on December 5, 2025. After Dhurandhar’s blockbuster success, Zoom exclusively interviewed Saumya.
In conversation with us, the actress opened up about working with Akshaye Khanna in the film. While Akshaye plays Rehman Dakait, she essays the role of his wife, Ulfat. Speaking to us, Saumya stated that was delighted to work with Akshaye. Here’s what Saumya shared!

In an exclusive conversation with us, . “Akshay is a fantastic actor. He always has been. He’s one of the most nuanced and crafted artists that we have in the country. He keeps to himself. It was really extremely delightful to share the screen space with him and to stand with him, and to give an intense role was also a kind of a test for me,” she said.
The actress further expressed, “I was very delighted to work with him and I really look forward to the opportunity to work with him again. People have really liked our chemistry though there were no dialogues. It was majorly a silent part but still people have loved our chemistry.”
Saumya added that she has witnessed memes on social media. “They’ve liked me with him a lot. I mean the kind of memes that I see on social media and the kind of memes which have gone viral. People are talking a lot about the bond the two people had. It’s really unexpected. I did not really expect that it is going to get so much love.”
