Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Day 2: Ranveer Singh and his massive fan following have all the reasons to be on cloud nine. After all, he is back with the much talked about Dhurandhar 2 aka Dhurandhar: The Revenge which is an espionage thriller and is helmed by Aditya Dhar.

The movie is the sequel to Dhurandhar which emerged as the highest grossing Hindi film. Dhurandhar 2 comes with a stellar cast of Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun, R Madhavan Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt and Rakesh Bedi in the lead.

While Dhurandhar 2 features Ranveer reprising his role of Hamza aka Jaskirat Singh Rangi and he has undoubtedly left everyone in absolute awe of his beasty avatar. Marking Ranveer and Aditya Dhar’s second collaboration, Dhurandhar 2 has managed to create a massive buzz in the town with its stellar cast, trailer and foot-tapping numbers. Interestingly, Dhurandhar 2 has managed to open to rave reviews and recorded the highest opening for a Bollywood movie of all times and became the fasted Bollywood film to cross Rs 100cr. This Ranveer starrer managed to hold the fort on the second day of release as well.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Dhurandhar 2 saw a slight dip in numbers and earned Rs 80.72cr on day 2 (First Friday). This took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 226.27cr in two days of release including the paid previews. To note, the overall collection of Rs 80.72cr includes Rs 78.94cr in Hindi, Rs 3 lakhs in Kannada, Rs 1 lakh in Malayalam, Rs 44 lakhs in Tamil and Rs 1.30cr in Telugu

Dhurandhar 2 Beats Jawan and Animal On Day 2

Interestingly, Dhurandhar 2, with a collection of Rs 80.72cr, has managed to beat the day 2 collection of Jawan (Rs 46.23cr) and Animal (Rs 58.37cr). As a result, Dhurandhar 2 has recorded the highest day 2 collection for a Bollywood movie.

Meanwhile, Dhurandhar 2 has been roaring loud at the worldwide box office as well as it entered Rs 200cr club on the first day itself. In fact, this Ranveer Singh starrer has managed to record the highest overseas collection for a Hindi film with an earning of Rs 65cr.
