Dharamjaigarh Infrastructure Works: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai gave a gift of development works worth Rs 62.36 crore on the eve of Independence Day, including road-bull construction, tap water schemes, health centers, hostels and rural infrastructure.

Chhattisgarh Development Projects: Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, who reached Dharamjaigarh a day before Independence Day, gave the gift of various development works worth Rs 62 crore 36 lakh to the residents. On this occasion, 45 works were inaugurated at a cost of 42.99 crore and 70 works were done at a cost of 19.36 crore.

Scope of development works: Which work started?

Chief Minister Shri Sai inaugurated and inaugurated basic facilities like roads, bridges, taps, health centers and hostels in various fields. The main functions include:

  • Bridge and Road Construction:
  1. High level bridge and access road (5.25 crore) on Bhengari Nala
  2. Bridge on Kharun River, Lailunga-Pakkargaon Road (6.39 crore)
  • Water supply schemes:
  1. Single Village Naljal Scheme, Retrophiting in Kharsia, Lailunga and Dharamjaigarh
  2. Naljal Scheme and Solar based Nal Water Scheme (28.53 crore)

  • Health Center and Community Building:
  1. Primary Health Center at Bahirkela and Lailunga (75 million each)
  2. Community Building in Village Konpara (7 lakh)
  3. 33/11 KV, 3.15 MVA Electrical Work at Sub -Center Khadgaon at a cost of 1.25 crores

Steps in the field of education and security

The Chief Minister also inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of important projects in the field of education and security.

  • Tribal Boys Hostel Building Construction (13.28 crore) at 7 places in the district
  • Watch Tower and Petrol Camp Construction (Watch Tower 20.33 Lakh, Petroling Camp 10.88 Lakh)

To empower local infrastructure

  • Pulia, CC Road, Footway, RCC Pulia, Shed, Community Building, Panchayat Building and Mangal Building (2.54 crore) in various gram panchayats (2.54 crore)
  • Repair work of 44 health centers in Lailunga, Dharamjaigarh and Kharsia assembly constituencies (3.22 crore)

What will the local people benefit from development?

These projects will not only strengthen basic structures like road and bridge, but will also improve water supply, health services and education. Tribal boys hostels and health centers will improve the life quality of children and families of rural areas.

It is clear from the gift of today’s development works in Dharamjaigarh that the administration is focusing on promoting basic facilities in rural and tribal areas. Changes in local life will be clearly visible after the completion of these projects in the coming time.
