Pain in their eyes can be seen clearly. All of them were washed away in water. On August 5, there was a huge havoc at Dharali in Uttarkashi. This affected Dharali village as well as in Harshil region. People have been rescued and brought to a safe place. District administration and ITBP personnel are completing the same facilities here. The district administration is supplying food, clothes and use items in Dharali village.
