According to Bangladesh government sources, there is a “strong chance” of Tariq Rahman travelling to India next week. However, the two sides are still working out the details, and a formal confirmation of the visit is awaited.
If confirmed, the visit is expected to assume significance for India-Bangladesh ties and could provide an opportunity for the two sides to discuss key areas of bilateral cooperation.
