There has been havoc due to cloudburst and landslides in Dharli in Uttarakhand. Pictures of ground zero taken from drone clearly show the horrors of this disaster. Army, ITBP, NDRF, SDRF and other agencies are constantly engaged in relief and rescue operations. Many houses and buildings have been completely transformed into debris.
