No new infection has been found in the examination of birds living in Beat No. 12 and migratory birds found in the surrounding ponds. Birds not died due to virus
According to the National Zoological Park Administration, four old birds died in beat numbers 19 and 20. These included one red wild chicken, two zebra finch and one Budgerigar. The samples of all the dead birds were examined by the National High Security Animal Disease Institute in Bhopal, which revealed that these birds were not affected by the H5N1 virus. This means that he died due to aging, not because of the virus. The administration also stated that no mammal animal has found infection till now and other animals have not seen symptoms like influenza.

Decision to reopen the zoo
Given the severity of the situation, the administration has increased cleanliness drives, bio-protection measures and vigilance to protect birds, animals and employees. Zoo management said that all necessary guidelines are being followed to prevent epidemics from spreading. Officials said that the decision to reopen the zoo would be taken only after evaluating the situation. Currently, tourists have been advised to follow the administration’s instructions and take precautions.
