New Delhi. The high-intensity blast that took place near Delhi’s Red Fort metro station on Monday evening shook the entire country. At least 12 people lost their lives and many were injured in this blast. Initial investigation has identified Dr. Umar Nabi as the main accused. Sources say that he may have links with Lashkar-e-Taiba. This incident has worried not only the capital but the entire country.

Shia cleric Maulana Syed Kalbe Jawad said that killing an innocent person is the biggest sin in Islam. He alleged Pakistan’s involvement and demanded a complete boycott of the neighboring country. He says that the atmosphere is being spoiled by carrying out such incidents during elections.

Connection of Dr. Omar and Faridabad Terror Module
According to CCTV footage and police sources, the i20 car used in the blast had come to Delhi from Haryana. Dr. Umar is suspected to be associated with the Faridabad module. At present 13 people are under investigation and are being interrogated. The identity of the deceased will be confirmed only after DNA test.
Investigation of Lashkar-e-Taiba link
