Delhi Rain: Several areas of Delhi-NCR received heavy rainfall in the early hours of Saturday, leading to waterlogging and slow vehicular movements. While the rainfall led to inconveniences for the commuters, it also led to cancellation of almost 135 flights from IGI airport. The airport authority advised the passengers to follow the guidelines and plan their travel accordingly to avoid any inconveniences. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday stated that the national capital will witness light to heavy rainfall for the next few days. It emphasised that the rainfall will provide relief from the heat by reducing the temperature by two to four degrees Celsius.
