<p>New Delhi DCP Devesh Kumar Mahla stated that the Election Commission had allowed 30 MPs to visit, but over 200 marched from Parliament. Police stopped them citing security and law and order concerns. Some MPs attempted to jump barricades and were also detained.</p>
