Delhi-NCR Weather Today: Delhi-NCR region saw a pleasant Monday morning with rain lashing parts of Noida, Gurugram and Ghaziabad. The showers brought down the mercury bringing much needed relief from the humid heat.

Delhi-NCR Remained Humid Despite Cloud Cover

For the past three days, Delhi-NCR residents were reeling under intense heat and severely humid conditions. On Sunday, the sky remained overcast from morning until evening, with the sun shining briefly.

IMD Forecasts More Rain Ahead

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts that the sky will remain overcast for the next two days. Rain is also expected during this time, bringing a drop in temperature. The sky has been overcast for the past three days, however, the national capital saw no showers.

The Meteorological Department has forecast widespread rainfall and thundershowers across Uttar Pradesh over the next 24 hours. According to the IMD’s forecast, rainfall activity will continue at several locations in both Eastern and Western Uttar Pradesh from July 20 to 25. Thunderstorms and lightning strikes are likely between July 20 and 22, while an alert for heavy rain has been issued for several parts of the state from July 23 to 25.

Rajasthan Weather Forecast

According to the IMD, rainfall is likely at several places in eastern and western Rajasthan between July 20 and 25. Isolated heavy rainfall may occur in eastern Rajasthan from July 20 to 25 and in western Rajasthan from July 21 to 24. Warnings have also been issued for thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds during this period.
