New Delhi: Residents across Delhi-NCR woke up to light rain on Friday morning, with parts of Noida and Gurugram also seeing brief showers amid an intense cold wave. The drizzle came as a surprise, as dense fog and biting cold had gripped the region, leaving people shivering.
According to the IMD, the temperature stood at 5 degrees Celsius at 5:30 am, with north-northwesterly winds blowing at 5.6 km/h.
