Delhi is currently in the grip of severe air pollution and dense smog. There is a thick layer of smog in many areas of the capital including Sarai Kale Khan, due to which people are having difficulty in breathing. According to CPCB, AQI has been recorded at 363, which falls in the ‘very poor’ category. Considering the situation, GRAP-4 has been implemented in Delhi. At the same time, due to dense fog and mist, visibility has become extremely low and drivers have to drive with headlights on even during the day.
