This footage captures everything that the attacker did just before and for several days after the blast. These photographs, taken from 29 October to 10 November, show that the attack was carried out with planning, after rehearsal of several routes.
October 29: First action at Al-Falah University – did the conspiracy start from here?
- Umar’s I-20 was seen roaming around the university campus both in the morning and evening.
- He parked the car at different places – both in the general parking and hostel areas.
- The mysterious movement that lasted for two hours in the evening surprised the investigators the most.
October 30: Entry of mechanic and compounder – Were any major changes made in the car?
- At 2:38 pm a mechanic and a compounder approach the car.
- Three minutes later the I-20 car exits the university.
- Was any explosive fitting or route checking done in the car?

9-10 November: Umar’s last journey towards Delhi – was this the night of ‘Final Mission’?
- 11:43 pm – I-20 appears at Khalilpur Toll.
- 1:45 pm – Again the same car stops at the same toll.

- 3:29 pm: Red Fort parking area
The overall pattern suggests that Omar was constantly moving around the center of the city, as if he was “fixing his final location.”
6:23 PM: Car left from Red Fort parking and then…
- Three hours later, Umar comes out of the parking lot with the car.
- 6:50 pm-Explosion near Red Fort.
- 13 people were killed.
- More than 20 were injured.
- Many vehicles were burnt.
