Delhi Acid Attack: Now a new twist has emerged in the Delhi acid attack case. In this case, the police have found many such evidences, which do not match at all with the statements of the victim. On the other hand, the police arrested Akil, father of the 20-year-old girl, from near Lakshmibai College of Delhi University on Monday evening. During interrogation, he admitted that he had conspired to carry out the acid attack to trap Jitendra.

Jitendra’s friends Ishaan-Armaan were also implicated

The girl’s father Akil has told that he had a dispute with Jitendra’s two friends Ishaan and Armaan, hence he implicated them also. According to sources, the victim herself had brought the acid and her father Akil had explained to her that Jitendra’s wife was going to file a case against him, hence it was necessary to implicate her. Jitendra was in Karol Bagh when the incident happened. His mobile location has also been revealed there.

What was the girl’s statement?

On October 26, the girl had said in her statement to the police that in the morning she had gone to Laxmibai College for extra classes. Meanwhile, on the way, Jitendra came on a bike with his two friends and threw acid on him. The girl told that all this happened in a few seconds. They came and threw acid on me. I managed to save face with my bag and mobile. But my phone got damaged due to acid and I could not even call anyone. “I was writhing in pain and screaming for help. They somehow escaped. An old man saw me and took me to the hospital. He also called my parents,” the girl said in her statement.
