While on one hand slogans of victory were echoing in the entire state, on the other hand a very sad news coming from Tarari area of Bhojpur district made the atmosphere sad. Jan Suraj Party candidate Chandrashekhar Singh died suddenly, which created a silence of mourning amidst the election celebrations.
Treatment was going on in the hospital, breathless on the day of results.
Jan Suraj Party candidate Chandrashekhar Singh had a heart attack during the election campaign on October 31. He was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Patna. His condition was not stable for several days, and finally he breathed his last on 14 November. His death occurred on the same day when the election results were released, which created an emotional atmosphere in the entire region.

Party representatives confirmed, 2271 votes were received
Agent of Jan Suraj candidate and farmer leader Chhote Singh confirmed the death of Chandrashekhar Singh over phone. In the election results, he got a total of 2271 votes. This was a double loss for the party-

There is an atmosphere of mourning in Tarari Assembly due to the demise of Chandrashekhar Singh. Leaders of Jan Suraj Party have expressed deep grief. BJP candidate Vishal Prashant, who won from Tarari seat, also expressed grief over his demise. Opponents and supporters all described this incident as a major loss to the democratic process.

Chandrashekhar Singh was originally a resident of Kurmuri village of Bhojpur.

BJP’s Vishal Prashant won Tarari seat
Let us tell you that this time there was a tough contest on Tarari assembly seat. Ultimately BJP candidate Vishal Prashant won by a margin of 11,464 votes. But with this announcement of victory, instead of happiness there was an unusual silence in the area, because on the same day Jan Suraj’s candidate had said goodbye to the world.
