Dattatreya Jayanti 2025 Auspicious time (Dattatreya Jayanti 2025 Subh Muhurat)
On the day of Dattatreya Jayanti, Brahma Muhurta will start at 05.14 am. This Muhurta will be at 06:06 in the morning. There will be no Abhijit Muhurta on this day. Twilight Muhurta will start at 05:58 pm. This auspicious time will last till 06:24 pm. Amrit Kaal will start at 12.20 pm. This auspicious time will last till 01:58 pm.
Dattatreya Jayanti Puja Vidhi
Wake up in Brahma Muhurta on the full moon date of Margashirsha month. Take bath etc. and take a resolution to fast and worship. After this clean the worship place. Place a wooden plank there. Spread a red cloth on that bed. Then place the idol or picture of Lord Dattatreya on it. First of all, offer flowers and garland to Lord Dattatreya. After this, light a lamp of pure ghee. Then offer things like Gulal, Abeer, Chandan, Janeu etc. one by one to Lord Dattatreya. Then perform Aarti as per the rituals and offer food to God as per your wish. If possible, donate food, grains, clothes etc. to the needy people.
