The shocking incident began on June 9, when a 15 -year -old teenager was abducted from a village in Kadar Chouk police station area. According to police sources, a person named Mujakkir kidnapped the teenager and took him to Tamil Nadu. The victim’s grandmother reportedly sold her to the person, which makes the matter even more complicated. The family lodged a complaint with the police station on June 10, after which the police took prompt action and freed the teenager from Tamil Nadu on 21 June. He was brought back to Badaun by train on 23 June. Even it seemed to be the story of a successful police operation, but after what happened surprised everyone.
Sensational allegations of rape in police station
What the victim said in her statement before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on 27 June was going to stand up. He alleged that after bringing him to Badaun, Sub -Inspector Hariom took him to his room and raped her. The teenager told that on reaching the police station at 7 pm on June 23, Hariom called him to his room and forced him. Not only this, he threatened the teenager that if he told this to someone, he would be killed. Fearing the teenager first silence, but later she told her mother about this horrific experience. This statement stirred up the police department.
Police side and investigation status
The police side has also come up in this case. Ujhani Police Officer (CO) Devendra Singh said that the teenager was brought to the police station on June 23 at 3:37 pm and was sent to the One Stop Center at 4:41 pm on the same day. There was a medical examination, which lasted for three days. According to the CO, the victim also said in front of the magistrate that the kidnapper Muzakkir raped her several times and SI Hariom molested her in the train. The police described the case as a case of molestation, but the investigation has been started in view of the seriousness of the victim’s allegations. Senior Superintendent of Police Brijesh Singh said that orders have been ordered for a thorough investigation into the matter. Also, the accused SI Hariom was shifted from Kadarchauk police station to Shahjahanpur on 28 June.
