National Testing Agency (NTA) has once again reminded the candidates to apply for CUET UG 2026 as soon as possible. If you want to take admission in undergraduate course in any central university or participating university, then this examination is very important for you. The application process is going on, but its deadline is now very close.
CUET UG 2026 Application Last Date
The last date for online registration for CUET UG 2026 has been fixed as 30 January 2026. At the same time, the candidates who will fill the application form will have to deposit the application fee by 31 January 2026. NTA has made it clear that no application will be accepted after the stipulated time.
How to apply for CUET UG 2026?
- Candidates must first go to cuet.nta.nic.in website.
- Click on the CUET UG 2026 registration link visible on the homepage.
- On the new page. You will have to register yourself.
- After registration, you will have to login and fill the application form.
- Fill the required information and pay the application fee.
- After submitting the form, download the confirmation page and keep its print safe.
What is the application fee for CUET UG 2026?
NTA has fixed the application fee for different categories. General category candidates will have to pay ₹1000 for up to 3 subjects and ₹400 for each additional subject. For OBC (Non Creamy Layer) and EWS candidates the fee is ₹900 for up to 3 subjects and ₹375 for each additional subject. For SC, ST, PwD, PwBD and Third Gender categories, the fee has been kept at ₹ 800 for up to 3 subjects and ₹ 350 for every additional subject.
When will the CUET UG 2026 exam be held and how will it be conducted?
CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted between May 11 and May 31, 2026. This examination will be conducted in 13 languages in India and abroad. The duration of each test paper will be 60 minutes. The examination will be conducted in multiple shifts depending on the number of candidates and subject combination.
